Don’t mind what the claims are, take it from me this car really will do 225+ km of real world range.
The 40 KWh battery will cost approximately €8 daytime and €4 night time to charge. With fossil fuel approximately €6 per gallon, this means an equivalent minimum range for €6 of 168 km up to 336 km if charged at the night rate.
This is the equivalent of over 100 mpg, or 200 mpg if charged on the cheaper night rate.
Do the figures, the savings are massive. In some cases enough to pay for the car out of the savings.
And for company owners there is no benefit in kind.
Not forgetting the reduced road Tolls and only €120 to tax for a year.
