Premier Complete

Complete cover for vehicles under 6 years old and 100,000 km or less at inception. Please see the warranty booklet for details.

Premier Plus

Comprehensive cover for vehicles under 6 years and 120,000 km or less at inception. Please see the warranty booklet for details.

Premier

Since 1st Feb 2018 comprehensive cover for all vehicles under 10 years old and 200,000 km. Prior to 1st Feb 2018 cover for vehicles under 8 years and 160,000 km or less at inception. Please see the warranty booklet for details.

Standard

Comprehensive cover for all vehicles under 10 years and 200,000 km or less at inception. Please see the warranty booklet for details.

Driveline

This is a listed component policy covering the Engine, Gearbox and Drivetrain of the vehicle only. This product is for vehicles under 10 years of age with a maximum of 250,000km. Please see the warranty booklet for details.

    This form is used to enable a smoother warranty claim experience.
    We handle all the paperwork on your behalf and endeavour to resolve your car's issues with a minimum of fuss.

    Our initial inspection is free.
    This free inspection includes plugging in our diagnostic equipment. Issues that are readily diagnosed will not incur a diagnostic charge.
    In some cases the cause of an issue may not be apparent. If further diagnostics is required, then we recommend approving up to a maximum of 2 hours diagnostics (often less time is required).
    After this we will inform you of the result. We charge €65 per hour plus Vat. The maximum charge will be €147.55.
    At this point contact will be made to discuss the issues.
    Please note claims will not be entertained by Carprotect without having an exact diagnosis.

    All data obtained by Ultimate Cars Ltd is not shared and solely used for the purpose of a Carprotect Warranty Claim. It is deleted once the claim is complete. Our Data Controller is Eugene Hogan.
